Caden Kingsbury is a 6’3’’ 185 lb. 2027 from Hillsboro, OR attending Glencoe High School.  Large frame that spews athleticism.  Primary catcher that excels at receiving with plus arm strength. Big gains over the year with catcher velo of up to 85.7 mph, pop time of 2.08.  Has quick feet, slides well laterally and smothers balls in the dirt.  Receives the ball well with a quiet body and soft hands.  Effectively frames pitches. Showing signs of leadership from behind the plate.

Offensively, sets up with a wide stance.  Utilizes a toe tap for his timing.  Uses an inside-out swing to drive the ball up the middle and the other.  Power the other way.  Able to turn on pitches on the inner half.  Stays behind the ball well.  Aggressive baserunner with good speed for his defensive position, 7.23 sixty. Good student, 3.6 GPA.
