Cole Sauter is a 5’9’’ 175 lb. 2026 out of Portland OR attending Sunset High School. Compact, athletic frame with plenty of present strength.  Primary outfield that tracks the ball well in the outfield.  Enough speed to outrun a ball with solid range.  High baseball IQ when it comes to positioning and anticipation. Strong and accurate throwing arm with a max velocity from the outfield of 86.7 mph.  Good footwork allows him to get around the ball.

Wide stance at the plate.  Gets his front foot down and drives the ball to all fields. Finds barrels with a max exit velo of 91.6 mph.  Good speed on the bases.  Anticipates well on the bases with good jumps and reads.

Right-handed pitcher that primarily works out of the stretch.  Works efficiently down the mound and finishes in a good fielding position.  Fastball tends to jump on hitters, sitting in the low 80s.  Effectively changes the hitter’s eye level.  A swing-and-miss slider is thrown in the low 70s.  Strike thrower. Good student with a 3.87 GPA.
