Arthur is an intriguing pitching prospect with a strong physical presence on the mound and significant upside as he continues to develop. As he matures physically and adds strength, his athleticism and overall ceiling will continue to grow.

On the mound, Arthur works from the first-base side of the rubber and features a four-seam fastball that reaches the mid-70s, paired with a curveball that shows good vertical shape. He does an excellent job hiding the baseball and staying under control, making it difficult for hitters to pick up his timing. Arthur also shows the ability to field his position and complete the defensive responsibilities of the position.

Arthur’s love for baseball and competitive nature are evident every time he takes the field. He embraces coaching, enjoys the challenge of improving, and responds well to being pushed. With his physical upside, mound presence, and willingness to work, Arthur is a name to keep an eye on in this class from a pitching standpoint.
