Ben is a compact, fit kid with an athletic build who brings energy and competitiveness to the field. He is a little gamer who hustles and works hard, though he still has room to grow in his overall baseball IQ. His confidence and effort make him a dependable teammate.

Defensively, Ben is a solid shortstop who shows smooth footwork, lateral movement, and reliable tags. He turns the double play well and provides clean consistent feeds to his second baseman, showing confidence and consistency in the infield. On the mound, Ben throws hard for his size, generating velocity with efficient mechanics. His firm fastball is effective, and he mixes his pitches well with good command. He can continue to improve his changeup and curveball, but already shows the ability to get hitters out.

At the plate, Ben hits from an open stance with good pitch selection. He is a contact hitter who drives the ball up the middle with consistency. His ability to bunt adds another layer to his offensive game, and his compact swing allows him to contribute in many ways.

On the bases, Ben runs well and uses his speed to steal bags. He is fast and plays aggressively, keeping defenses under pressure with his hustle.
