Carson Sauter is a competitive pitcher with a well-rounded arsenal and the ability to impact the game in multiple ways. Working from the first-base side of the rubber, he shows confidence on the mound and the ability to manage different situations effectively.

Sauter features a four-pitch mix highlighted by a fastball that sits 78-80 mph, complemented by a two-seam fastball at 71 mph, slider at 71-72 mph, and changeup at 71-73 mph. His ability to mix pitches and change looks gives him the opportunity to keep hitters off balance and compete through multiple lineups.

Defensively, Sauter fields his position well and shows the athleticism to be an asset on the mound. He is comfortable throwing into contact and trusts his defense behind him, allowing him to efficiently attack hitters.
