Cole is an energetic, physical player with natural playmaking ability. He wants the ball in big moments and competes with confidence. His athleticism, size, and upside make him a projectable player who coaches can rely on to bring effort and energy.

Defensively, Cole is a standout at third base, where he acts like a vacuum with reliable hands and smooth mechanics. He fields the ball low to the ground and stays in his legs, showing good rhythm and mobility. He made a 2-hand on the run bang-bang play and has consistent accurate throws across the diamond which make him extremely dependable at third base. On the mound, he throws from a high three-quarters slot with easy arm action, commanding his fastball on both arm side and glove sides of the plate.

At the plate, Cole shows good rhythm in his swing, consistently finding the barrel. His physical build gives him the ability to hit with authority, and his quick-twitch athleticism adds explosiveness. He is still developing his bunting in-game, but overall he controls the zone well and can drive the baseball.

On the bases, Cole runs with hustle and effort. His athleticism allows him to take extra bases and apply pressure on defenses, even though his strength is more evident in his defense and offense.
