Collin is a worker with good energy and a team-first mindset. He competes with maturity, stays engaged, and brings steady effort that coaches trust. He helps out and is first one to set up drills for his teammates/coaches.

Defensively, he is fundamentally sound with clean glove work and sure hands in the middle infield. His awareness of game situations lets him play consistent defense that raises the standard of the whole infield unit.

At the plate, he has a balanced stance and finds the barrel often. He flashes gap to gap power and is disciplined enough to be consistent while still punishing mistakes made my pitchers.

On the bases, he is a smart, hustle runner. He looks for extra bases and uses effort to create small competitive edges that help his team win.
