Easton Mauler is a medium-framed, athletic prospect with strength throughout his build and a proven track record of competing on the national showcase and tournament circuit. Offensively, Mauler hits from a balanced, even stance with relaxed hands and has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive the baseball to the pull side. He has shown legitimate pull-side power while making a conscious effort to become a more complete hitter by incorporating the entire field into his approach. His willingness to make adjustments and execute them is encouraging, and as his all-fields approach continues to develop, he projects as an increasingly dangerous offensive threat. His 4.30 home-to-first time allows his athleticism to translate into game situations, both on the bases and in the field.

Defensively, Mauler's athleticism plays well in the outfield. He covers ground efficiently, understands hitter tendencies, and consistently positions himself well from batter to batter. His long-term defensive profile projects best in left field, where his instincts, athleticism, and arm strength should allow him to provide dependable defensive value.

On the mound, Mauler worksk from the 3rd base side of the rubber and attacks mainly with the fastball that ranges from 75-78mph. He also uses a changeup and curveball that have considerable velocity differences which keeps hitters off balance.
