Burnham works primarily with a four-seam fastball, slider, and changeup. His fastball sits 82-84 mph and has topped out at 88, but the combination of his long levers and downhill angle allows the pitch to play up. The ball gets on hitters quickly, particularly when he is able to establish the fastball early in counts.
