Jaiken has a good build and athleticism that plays in multiple phases of the game. He moves well in the outfield, covers ground, and plays with hustle. His upside is evident in both his defense and his work on the mound.

In the outfield, he has good reads and the ability to run down balls in the gaps. There is room to improve on his routes and angles, but the athleticism gives him the foundation to be a reliable outfielder. On the mound, Jaiken throws strikes with confidence. He challenges hitters and forces contact. The arm works cleanly and the upside is there, especially as he sharpens command.

At the plate, Jaiken has a balanced, traditional stance. He stays on top of the ball and finds the barrel often. There is sneaky pop in his swing, and as he continues to develop, the offensive production should develop too.

On the bases, he is a fast runner with real base-stealing ability. He gets good jumps and applies the pressure on defenses with his speed.
