Lincoln Campbell is a tough, competitive player who brings a grind-it-out mentality to the field. His approach to the game is centered around competing every pitch and finding ways to impact the game in multiple areas. He exhibits a medium build athletic profile with a foundation of speed and explosiveness. 

Offensively, Campbell works from a square stance with a wrapped barrel into his load. He shows a willingness to compete in the box and embraces the challenge of each at-bat. His aggressive baserunning style is a valuable part of his offensive profile, as he is constantly looking to take the extra base and put pressure on the defense.

Defensively, Lincoln plays the game low to high from fielding ground balls through his throws, consistently demonstrating he belongs in the infield. He has made huge strides defensively and is proving himself to be a serviceable defender moving forward.

On the mound, Campbell works from the middle of the rubber and shows the ability to fill the zone with all of his pitches. His three-pitch mix features a fastball at 75-77 mph (T78), slider at 69-71 mph, and changeup at 69 mph. His ability to throw strikes and compete with multiple offerings gives him the foundation to continue developing as a pitcher.

Campbell’s competitive nature is one of his defining traits. He plays with toughness and a willingness to do whatever is needed to help his team win. His combination of competitiveness, ability to fill the zone, and aggressive style of play make him a player to continue following as he develops.
