Luke is long and projectable with a big frame and calm mound presence. There is more to come as he matures.

He pitches from a low three-quarters slot with a whippy arm and long levers. The fastball has easy velocity and arm-side run. His off-speed pitches are usable but he can overthrow them at times. Attacking hitters earlier will let the stuff play up. He also is a capable first basemen when he is not pitching.

At the plate, Luke shows he can swing better than a typical PO. He timed an opposite-field line drive and flashes contact feel when he stays inside the baseball.

On the bases, his impact is limited by pure speed, but he runs with effort. The athletic frame suggests future gains in agility.
