Nikita is a tall, lean kid with a strong competitive drive. He wants to be great and approaches the game with focus and determination. He is the type of player who stays locked in, always hustles, and consistently runs hard 90s out of the batter’s box. His positive energy and willingness to battle make him a coachable and dependable player.

In the field, Nikita is a natural outfielder. He reads the ball well off the bat with quick jumps and moves smoothly, floating to the ball with a stride like a gazelle covering a lot ground. He almost short arms the ball working from a low three-quarters slot, and although his arm strength is still developing, he shows strong fundamentals and instincts that allow will allow him to progress on the mound.

At the plate, Nikita swings it well and can pull the ball for power. He has an aggressive approach and stands tall in the box with a narrow stance, showing confidence in his swing. He consistently puts together quality at-bats, draws walks, and battles with two strikes, making him a tough out who contributes every time.

On the bases, Nikita’s long strides and athleticism make him a threat. He runs well and is difficult to double up when running to first base. He can steal bags and uses his instincts to get good jumps, showing that his speed and hustle are important assets to his game.
