Player Write Up

A very athletic 5’11” 2028 grad out of Maryville High School in Maryville Tennessee. A slick natural defender who attacks baseballs and makes the difficult plays look routine.  A 76 MPH infield velo plays well from the left side of the infield and he is only going to grow and become more athletic.

At the plate he posses a very quiet and balanced set up, easy leg lift allows for him to be on-time and ready for any pitch.  Uses all fields very well and uses a line drive gap to gap approach.  Strong legs help create excellent pop to pull side and oppo field power registering an 86 MPH exit velo.

On the mound Tallen hums his fastball around 76 MPH and uses it properly to change the hitters’ eyes.  Developing off-speed is going to play very well as he gets older.
