Ty is a disciplined, competitive player who thrives under pressure. He is a tough out at the plate and demonstrates natural leadership qualities, particularly at second base. His instincts and high baseball IQ make him a key communicator in the infield. Ty works extremely hard, is very coachable, and consistently carries himself with focus whether on the field, in the dugout, or during practice.

Defensively, Ty shows polish with the glove and strong instincts. At second base, he executes the spinning forehand with confidence, and at shortstop he demonstrates versatility with the one-hand, on-the-run play. Though slightly undersized, his awareness, positioning, and quick decision-making allow him to be highly effective and impactful in the field.

Offensively, Ty shows discipline and quality pitch selection. He consistently drives the ball up the middle and delivers in pressure situations, particularly with runners in scoring position. Hitting from a balanced stance, he shows confidence in the box and embraces big moments. Ty produces for his team both by hitting for a high average and by executing situational at-bats when needed.

On the bases, Ty runs with determination and competitiveness. His instincts allow him to take smart, aggressive chances, and his hustle ensures he maximizes each opportunity. With his coachability, drive, and passion for the game, Ty has a bright baseball future. While slightly undersized for his age, he has learned to do things fundamentally right, which will serve him well as he matures physically into his high school years.
